• Custom and personalised items are made to order and may have different lead times, which will be clearly stated at checkout.

• Final payment amounts may vary slightly depending on exchange rates and your payment provider’s terms.

• Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

• We accept returns on off-the-peg items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced in line with your consumer rights.
